who is running this company? nothing is getting done and nothing is being reported to shareholders , how can the regulators accept this as sound corporate governance , it simply erodes any confidence that may still be present of the regulators and the balances and checks in place for the protection of investors. they might be the ones on the end of a class action should it go pear shaped . its not as if they havnt been made aware of the situation and continue to do nothing . failure to act has a fair degree of culpability
