This, combined with the fact that the negotiation has been taking very long, may indicate that the reason why it's been this long is because the terms offered during the negotiation are probably not quite favorable, and MNB has been desperately trying to improve them but struggling to do so. It doesn't have the negotiation edge, as it is literally fighting for survival (not enough cash), and can't remain suspended forever. The other parties surely know this.
Anyway, we will see in 10 days (or not).
