Another plausible outcome is that the 'strategic investor' maxes out the current 25% SOI with an initial investment of $7m, and with an in-principle commitment of additional funding at a later time subject to shareholder approval. I've seen this done many times before. The obvious downside here is that we would be seeing a 30-40% increase in SOI at the bargain basement price of ~7c. That would cap the potential upside of the MNB SP indefinately.
