Richard replied to me.. very kind guy.. in few words, he wrote what we could already read in the announcements and confirmed that they have a provision if they will lose case 1 and they are sure that they will win case 2 - please check below description.
1. ITO claim non-payment of Withholding tax from 2018 (about .3 million US dollars of tax payable)2. Non-payment of VAT on goods sold in 2018 (about 2.9 million US dollars of tax payable)
He also added that if ITO will propose some type of a deal, he will definitely consider it, as for him closing this "saga" and moving forward with company development is main goal but unfortunately they didn't seems that ITO doesn't want to "cooperate"..
