Have a read- especially the refi commentary. Still a buy but PT down from $0.70 to $0.60
When the Co forecast they were going to refi but didn't follow through with this is in a reasonable time frame (couple of months) it signaled a possible change in strategy.
IMO they still haven't worked out how to effectively communicate to the market.
