So the Wisplinghoffs have converted options now to own around 8% of the company. Huge endorsement. Remember, their lab in Germany (one of largest in Europe) was only used to develop the tech, and clearly the Wisplinghoffs were so impressed they invested heavily recently.
Interestingly, big change here besides management coup on ownership, is Spicemecapital entrance with 42m shares. And they did not participate in the raise. Id suspect their entrance was linked to the massive volume spike in march.
