The thing is, and this is really worth more investigation for anyone considering Augustus IMO.
What do we have in economic quantities?
Copper - possibly?
Lithium - possibly?
Silver - possibly?
Gold - possibly?

Just the potential of having good economic quantities of any of these four is enough for me, but 2 or 3 would be absolutely fantastic.
Yes, these are at a very early stage but how do you achieve the greatest returns? By getting in early and carrying that extra risk if you can afford to do it.

Have a look at the physical price charts of these, (lithium is a bit difficult being such an immature market but listen to what YJ Lee has to say on Money of Mine podcast) Copper and Silver look ready to rise, Gold has launched, and Lithium is potentially reached the bottom of this cycle. Then research future demand for all these plus PGEs, Molybdenum and Rare Earths.

Couldn't ask for much more IMO. Bottom in sentiment, bottom in share price, potential excellent.
Well worth looking into before the masses arrive IMO.
