I'm not so impressed. This feels like the old 'they won't like this, best drop it on Friday evening'.
Didn't they telegraph the possibility of involvement in higher value projects through Tankweld? The extra several million in the year ahead seems a tad short, though by the sounds of things, PWN is cash-constrained when it comes to bagging the big projects. Are the webinars going to be in service of a CR? Is the tech too unproven, PWN sailing too close to financial rocks? Is PWN going to be pursuing opportunities for another year?
Regards CSG, no indication that any clients are in any hurry with this one, at least not with PWN.
From the quarterly . . . Following the release of this quarterly report and leading-up to the full year results which will incorporate the finalisation of the accounting related to the acquisition of Tankweld, Parkway Group Managing Director & CEO, Bahay Ozcakmak and CFO, Mike Hodgkinson, plan to present an investor webinar. . . . Sigh. Shouldn't be surprised, but sigh.
