Wouldn't rate it a hang-up. My hang-ups are far more interesting.
Classic time to put things out when only the shut-ins are looking. Hold on, that would be us. Gives the weekend to simmer down
Back in July, they expected and telegraphed a webinar before the ar. For whatever reason, their expectations didn't pan out. Also, seems to indicate that they're cash-constrained when looking for contracts. Cumulatively, a bit disappointing.
