    Further to this. I think it only makes it easier for shall we say "insiders" to take it over for cheap as the company could easily say we are selling xxx pty ltd to GJ to raise funds.

    If the patents were in the name of LPD then they could still just as easily sell that patent to an outsider but i think it would be a bit more difficult to sell it to an insider.

    Maybe im wrong but based on this is still dont see any value to shareholders in having the patent in different company names.
