Well I guess its good that there are no peformance bonuses this year, however IMO JW is still well over paid, he is not worth over half a million bucks a year..

Also Im not comfortable with the misleading statements regarding the patents.
We do not hold any patents in the name of LPD, I find the statement saying we do as deliberatley misleading.
Patents are as follows:

2019262080 & 2019262079 - Silica Technology Pty Ltd.
PCT/AU2020/050090 - Bright Minz Pty Ltd
PCT/AU2022/050297 - Li-Technology Pty Ltd

This means that it is the owners of those companies who hold/own the patents and could effectivly do whatever they like with them. I see no mention or proof of any exclusive licensing agreement between LPD and the patent holders.
Why play games with different company names holding the patents if no funny business is going on.
I once worked as a designer for a guy who used to do this for the exact reason of, if the company folded then investors wouldnt have a claim to the patents as the company they invested in doesnt own them.
