Ann: Annual Report to shareholders, page-2

Just had a look at the 20 top shareholders in Falcon's Annual Report. It's a bit confusing. What it shows is a holding for Mr. Timothy Rupert Barr Goyder of 7,739,530 shares (5th largest holding). Further down the list another mention for Mr. Timothy Rupert Barr Goyder for 2,252,817 shares (7th largest) and still another holding for the very same person of 1,334,052 shares (16th. largest). No indication if any of these holdings are as a trustee or some other capacity, just the same shareholder mention three times.
There is another multiple entry. - Lunar Co. Pty. Ltd is shown as holding 1,509,535 and 1,431,060 shares (14th. and 15th largest). No further detail is shown for Lunar Co. Pty. Ltd, but if you read the Change of Directors Interest of Chalice Mining of 19th. September you will see that Lunar Co. Pty. Ltd is the trustee for the H & A. Dorsch Family Trust. Mr. Dorsch is a Director and Managing Director & C.E.O. of Chalice Mining . He is also a Non-Executive Director of Falcon Metals.
So if we consolidate the multiple holdings and attribute them to the named shareholders we then have a top 17 shareholder listing. Don't know that this compiles with the spirit and intent for having a top 20 listing in a listed public company's Annual Report.
