Looks like they need more wells to get the water level down to a required level thus producing suitable and consistent gas flows .. that means that current flow rates aren't good enough.. but then may be they already knew that but haven't had the funds to drill more as yet.... And that's why they haven't given any data on the gas flows ever and have been very guarded with any gas flow info since they first drilled. I guess the fact they have built all the other infrastructure suggests they are more than confident that this can be achieved
