The company has no plant, no infrastructure and cash is extremely limited.
IF the company gets the $US 330m LOAN, they say that will cover a substantial part of the infrastructure ( but not all) ?
And yet here you are saying they are going to expoit this ? How exactly when the company at present after doing a CR would currently hold say $7- $8m with possibly a cash burn for the last 3 months of $4m ?
