    Yep, just saw this also. Clearly the release of this report has been timed to occur the MINUTE they submitted the peer-reviewed documentation so that they could say "look, it's in their court now!"

    And I ain't even mad about it... ANYTHING that just gets us bloody closer to ministerial signoff.
