Thanks for the listing...the shuffling of holdings of various holders including Hancock, is imo associated with tax management. Earlier in 2024 we saw Tim Goyder transfer shares (purchased in the October 23 placement @ $1.80) from his own name and into his company. As you mention, the absence of a substantial shareholder notice from Hancock is sufficient evidence of that I think.
I just want to add that the post from @Jpcje and others that included the MoM link (below) is totally worth any shareholder, or indeed prospective lithium investor listening to. While the fund manager Y J Lee is acknowledged as a lithium bull, he provides a depth of knowledge of the industry and credibility to the thesis that is quite compelling!
