You can't generally do anything with chronic critics as they are incapable of listening, they are like pests and does not contribute constructively. When such individuals are also shameless, they will never go away. It will be better to avoid them rather than responding or trying. In the meantime others will get lessons on resisting irritation and practising tolerance to their liking extent. Every situation presents its unique opportunities. GLTAH
