Here's the top 20 list of shareholders from the annual report. I've added some background information about some the larger holders for those that like to know who they're investing with.

James Del Piano is the largest shareholder with 11.9 percent of thestock. Mr Del Piano owns a further 1.6 per cent through his privately heldcompany Coniston Pty Ltd. Mr Del Piano is a Perth based deal-maker andbusinessman through his company Kalgoorlie Mine Management Pty Ltd. He is thevendor for the Cave Hill project and the Ngalia Uranium tenements (known as theChalco projects). Mr Del Piano is also the vendor behind several projects heldby Metals Australia (MLS.ASX), Golden Deeps (GED.ASX) and Tennant Minerals(TMS.ASX) that sit within the same management stable as Sabre and where Mr DelPiano is also a large investor.
Mr Piano’s father is James Andrew (Jim) del Piano (1916–1981) aprominent businessman in the Goldfields region. He was born Giacomo del Pianoon 17 November 1916 in Kalgoorlie, Western Australia. Senior Del Pianoplayed a significant role in supporting Italian migrants in Western Australia,serving as the president of the Western Australian Italian Club andcontributing to the establishment of various community organisations andfacilities. He was once deputy Lord Mayor of Perth.
10 Bolivianos Pty Ltd is the second largest holder with 8.83 percent ofthe stock. Bolivianos is a private company held by sole director Mr Niv Daganwho is Executive Director of boutique corporate advisory firm Peak AssetManagement which holds Sabre as a client. Mr Dagan is also a regular financialcommentator on the Sky Business channel and leads a somewhat colourfullifestyle through social media and sections of Melbourne society.
Number three is Ms Chunyan Niu who owns 3.45 percent of the stock and is alarge investor in many ASX-listed mining juniors. Ms Niu has increased her holdingssubstantially from 2023. Ms Niu owns around 26 percent of Zeus Resources(ZEU.ASX) as well as being a substantial shareholder in Critical Resources(CRR.ASX), Viridis Mining and Minerals (VMM.ASX) and Londrive Limited(ION.ASX). Ms Niu lives in Zhengzhou China.
At number four is Professor Bin Liu with 3.1 per cent of the stock. MsBin Liu is a chemist who is Professor and Provost's Chair at the National University of Singapore. Her research considers polymer chemistry and organic functional materials. She was appointed Vice President of Research and Technology in 2019. She was awarded the 2021 Royal Society of Chemistry Centenary Prize.
At number five is ACF Clearstream. Clearstream is an investment fundservices company holding 2 percent of the stock. The tie up with BNP ParibasSecurities Services sees Clearstream operate as a sub-custodian for BNP Paribasin Australia and New Zealand.
At number six is Mr Lawrence Jonathon Dugdale who holds 5,400,000 sharesor 1.37 percent of the stock. Mr Dugdale is the company CEO and acquired theseshares in July 2024 as per the company’s Employee Securities Incentive Planarrangements.

At number 9 is Mr Tim Powe who holds 4,900,000 shares or 1.4 percent ofthe stock. Mr Powe is a Melbourne based early investor in a number of lithiumstocks. He is also a top-20 holder of Quebec hard-rock play Loyal Lithium(LLI.ASX) and Canadian uranium explorer Cosmos Exploration (C1X. ASX).

At number 11 is TAG Investments Australia Pty Ltd. TAG is a privatecompany owning 1.2 percent of the company and is Melbourne-based.

At number 13 is Mr Michael Muhling who holds 2,900,000 shares or 0.74percent. Mr Muhling is the company CFO and joint company secretary and acquiredthese shares in July 2024 as per the company’s Employee Securities IncentivePlan arrangements.

At number 14 is Ms Zhaoqin Yu with 0.7 per cent of the register. I knowzero about Ms Yu.

At number 15 is super fund Kovelamudi Surya Prakash Raowith 0.63 per cent of the register. KS Prakash Rao is a famous Bollywood filmdirector who is long dead but still famous enough for someone to name their SMSFin his honour.

At number 16 is Greenwood Trading Fund with 0.6 per centof the register. Greenwood is a Melbourne based financial planning andinvestment company.

At number 18 is Mr ChengingLi with 0.6 per cent of the register. There is a Mr Li on staff at CurtinUniversity in Perth. Possibly.

Not pointing out the real things your investing in this coompany, management fees and all the other associations ? All the vending of projects ~shareholders Cant vote anything down.. that has plagued this company for years all had consolidations and back to lows .

Not mentioning the past del piano history?

The most positive thing you could say about these companies they are great at doing everything you should not do to run a successful company
