Any new prospective investor would have plenty of cause to see red flags at the fact we’re trading under the 1.7c ‘line in the sand’ Lewis.
And by the fact the company needs $600m+ to get going and requires a very large percentage of that to be funded somehow before it can move forward.
And by the fact an appeal lodged seven months ago against environmental approval is still in process and now sitting before an appeals convenor.
And by the fact the separate land out of Geraldton at Tendinewa selected for the processing plant is not just unapproved by the State but has seen active objection from neighbours to it even being approved by Geraldton Council.

    What else?
Oh yes - that little titbit shared by ol’ Troy just now, that a very large contingent of shares here ((more than 50%?.) are in the hands of a few ex TMT players who paid zero or near zero for mighty holdings and controlled TMT to a large degree due to setting up the company and launching it from an ‘inhouse’ investment company - Cicero including installing an ex-Cicero employee in as CEO.
Plus any other big holders from the AVL side who also paid zilch?

There’s a lot of exciting investment potential is there not? Regardless of what the company is based around.

The redeeming picture to my mind is the fact that mega fund Resource Capital Funds has invested largely to cornerstone this company at an average price HIGHER than what it’s currently trading ar, and that the Hoekema entity on that top 20 has also increased its’ holding and that their are a few new names who presumably paid current prices and who do not assume to control the management.

Plus the fact the board here - almost entirely refreshed in the lead up into the TMT/AVL merger last February - is presumably honest and composed of straight players who are working for ALL in the company and not following orders from the back seat.

Plus of course the speculative potential of vanadium and AVL’s future under this new management and board who I note Troy has just announced he wants to target in his cry to “shake a few feathers”*. ( * Presumably it’s not the WA government he’s intending shooting at ) .

I am not in the business of wanting to pass on my shares to any naive new investors and I think, Lewis, that they would be wise to do their own research - including into the points I’ve addressed in this post.

    cheers
