I'll probably get flak for this but this is a big concern for me.
I genuinely don't care who is on the board as long as they're there on merit.
If we are meeting quotas for the sake of it, it's a big worry and it won't end well.
Especially when the board is already bloated and the project has dragged on and been delayed many times.
Shareholders need to be prioritized. Not this.
If it's all women, that's great. But pick the best board. Don't pick a 50/50 for the sake of it. We don't have the money or time to be wasting energy on this.
