I think the women on the board if you look at their CVs they actually stack up equally if not better than the blokes. Also, it’s not a target, they’re reporting on something that has already happened. 50% female representation is great for a lot of things, getting women into STEM, making AVL an employer of choice for women who won’t sit on the board, government grants etc.
