I know I mentioned on the day of the release the T20 confused me so I dug a little deeper. Please see below:
Points of Interest:1) Randy (COO) has fallen out of the T20 altogether potentially offloading 8,000,000,000 (but at minimum 3.3m) while Ian, by way of Jennifer, has decreased their holding by 10,000,000 shares (falling out of the substantial holders).
2) The increase in Citicorp Holdings in no way accounts for Randy, IO, or the new American family office shifting holdings there.
3) New entrants to the T20 Mr Hendy Macfarlane Cowan and Olivia Holmes are the American family office perhaps?
4) Steven Sakharov has at a minimum reduced his holding (current employee)
5) Mr Shane Raymond Douglas has increased his holding (founder)
6) Bevan Slattery has left the building....completely
7) The majority of the T20 have remained steady
8) The register has tightened over the last year seeing a 2.01% increase in issued capital being held by those with parcels greater than 100,000.
Final Thoughts:Major insiders have sold stock at near 4 year lows as retail and sophs kept the business afloat. Why? (Espeically if there are major catalysts ahead that will see a rerate)
It requires explaining how an American family office took up "2/3rds of the raise" unless they have already sold a significant part of that holding. Perhaps I am missing something??
Those with channels into the company I implore you to raise some of the more confusing POI with IO or at the AGM. If you are feeling charitable please relay any answers back to HC.
