The Auditors report is interesting to say the least, they requested the company record an impairment of $25mill until the required funding is secured, the company refused !
I think the Auditors see a huge risk and are ensuring their report does not paint a pretty picture to prospective shareholders and risk being sued, it says to me do not touch, run.
The usual blurb about ongoing advanced discussions etc have probably worn thin with the Auditors as well. All my opinion of course.
