Yes I sold my entire holding. Was a top 5 holder but I have no faith in any of these people anymore. Believe me it was not an easy decision. I lost well over $1M. That was supposed to be my retirement fund. 4 years I supported and battled for this company, but I have given up. The meagre money I received from selling I have invested elsewhere to hopefully start recouping some losses. It is going to take a long time and has probably added at least 5 years to my working life.
The final straw came when I received the below. After supporting this BOD, doing everything I could to help them get voted in, support them once they got voted in, it seems some people got upset when I posted online about their trading in OVT. All public knowledge, but seems when I posted they didn't like it. Obviously since then one of them has gone on to be the largest share holder in the company with the cheapest cost of shares. I haven't removed any postings and asked them to clarify which ones were defaming - I got no answer.
So if you think nobody from the company reads HC, you are sorely mistaken. Good luck to all that still hold. I do sincerely hope they can pull a rabbit out of the hat for you, but I won't be around to see it.
