Possibly - question is how much more are they going to need to pay lawyers to get the successful conviction. I don't have an exact figure (perhaps someone else does), but I would hazard a guess they have spent at least $3m on litigation and investigations (at a minimum). If court cases and appeals are ongoing, then they will have to continue to find cash to pay the lawyers. I feel there is only so much cash they can get. The last CR, Clee had to front all the money because as stated in the ASX statement he could not find any investors to participate. The SPP they only got investors to buy 30M shares out of 500M. Since then, there has been no change in the business conditions as far as we are aware of, so how will they raise more money? If it ends up being they need to use IDSB sale funds to help with the lawyer fees, then what I wrote about above becomes an even small pot.
