You have to remember it’s an annual report and legally required to a reporting of the previous financial year. There is never much future looking information in these documents. The SVL AR outlines the outcomes of the court cases and provides reasonable reassurance about the future.
If I read an annual report that talks a lot about future plans, I get very, very suspicious about what they are trying to hide or deflect about last year’s activities. It’s not a place where you are going to find detail about the new application.
