Based on the existing operations, take-up of the phase 2 investment option seems unlikely in my opinion. Why would you throw another $10m at something with no results to date and no apparent plan of any substance. 9 months to make it work.

Phase 2 Option: Sinomine has the option to subscribe A$10 million for 24 months from the date of issue of the Phase 1 Investment.
