Hi Sparecash, I see your opinion as reading the announcement with a pre conceived bias, you want the total to be higher so you are reading what's not there.

The announcement quite clearly states how many orders they received in September and how much they totalled. As I say, if that statement is incorrect then they should probably correct the announcement via an amended announcement. Bit embarrassing for them but best to ensure it's right I would think.

curious re your reluctance to contact them, I thought you use to contact whenever you had a concern, though perhaps that was someone else I am thinking of.
