Takeover a real possibility by Mather as a result of his great leadership and management skills. While he is being paid over ten thousand Aust dollars a week, (DGR & SOLG alone) while manipulating his position for absolute control and ownership of DGR though past strategic incompetence and poor management, the rest of shareholders are losing, losing and almost lost everything they have invested in DGR, SOLG, etc. His takeover will be justified by him and his select board of directors as saving our company from the bad, bad people from likes of BHP. DGR's 7% holding in SOLG could be owned by Mather/Samuals for paying off the loan which he has so gallantly positioned himself in giving, at another huge cost to DGR and shareholders. Criminal activity very likely and at the very least, he/they should be taken to task civilly should the statutory regulators continue not doing their assigned enforcement duty/s.
