I read the brief summary on page 10 of the Annual Report about time saved for FOI requests by a consulting mob named Booka for a Federal Goverrnnent and the benefits generated from NEO in terms of: reduction in hours taken to locate records of FOI requests and the ability to redact sensitive information to respond in a rapid and regulatory compliant manner. It is good to hear that NEO has enabled a large government department to respond to citizens in a much faster way and has also trimmed up public servant work time saving taxpayer dollars.
Hopefully the appeal of a product like NEO grows within the private sector as well and we see a fast uptake of NEO.
The challenge for the Nuix sales team will be how they can effectively communicate the benefits of NEO in terms of strengthening company brands and creating greater levels of trust with their existing client/customer/consumer bases.
