Extending the debt facilities and borrowing more without improving profitability will increase the size of any potential cash raise required.
The track record of taking on new funds and translating that into earnings is simply not there, so until it is, I think it is right to be sceptical.
While there is no certainty they will use the funds to improve earnings, there is certainty the funds will cost them more in terms of interest repayments and increase the overall cash burn they are trying to reduce.
