Is there any new information mentioned? Sounds like the outlook statement is the same as previously stated.
I notice that the litigation against Alice and Willis for alleged unpaid debt is still ongoing and due to be heard before court in late 2024.
BUB have said there will be no repeat of the one-off costs incurred in FY24 (which included legal costs). So it sounds like their pathway to profitability must include the presumption that they will win the litigation. If they don't, then they would likely have to pay costs for themselves and possibly also the other party.
