A few comments:
No one would argue about the low SP. It's declined for many reasons and we need good results to change the current sentiment.
Today's announcement has been ignored.
They have raised $9,007,860 (before costs) since 30th June. (see page 42). I would hardly call that chicken feed.
Let's see how much cash they have when the quarterly is released.
The $9.3m in loans are intra company loans from ATC to the German subsidiaries that actually pay for the two projects. (See page 34).
On the expenditure side.
This is great news. The scheduled payments to Fraunhofer have ceased. These would have resulted in an additional CR next year.

So almost all paid for.
I'm not worried about the share based payments. They have to reach major milestones to get those shares.
The first milestone from memory is SP=12c
Most items have increased significantly.
Over a million on investor relations and marketing?
Office and administration. Why has that doubled?
Fat to be trimmed here IMO.
