I voted For the chairman, because of his experience with the operation and his shareholding, albeit his disturbing sidetracks in the chairman's reports. It would be a lot to take in for a new person - catching up with all of the history and challenges.
Against the remuneration report for reasons I've already stated. We have no other say in the matter - buy/sell our shares, vote accordingly, or accept whatever they decide to do.
They'd like more money, so want bonuses. If CEO had bought some shares over the past decade, his interests would be more aligned with ours, and he could benefit significantly by improving the company's value.
