I for one won't be rocking the boat because I now believe it's not sinking and has the best chance under current Management. The two of them act as a fairly solid team with Ross keeping a tight hold on the purse strings and is financially very savvy IMO and I really do think JG is a good Manager with people but has been too ambitious with his forecasts/timelines for the most part over the last twelve months but has probably learnt from that I would guess. They both go to Thailand as a team when TAFTA negotiations/meetings are on with the Thais and so we're heavily invested in that process that hopefully will come up with the goods during this current FY. I'm a 'FOR' voter all the way down the card as I'm not registering a protest vote about the delays to plant#1 overhaul as it's in the past and it's time to look forward IMO - I personally think some of the delays were caused by a lack of cash at vital times due to Management not wanting to do an additional placement - a balancing act between not wanting to expand the issued shares against delaying mining for more months than they would have if they had had the funds - but I truly believe all of this is now behind us.
