That is no conspiracy. That is politics/business in Thailand. Pick the odds as you like - 1%, 5%.
They've got through the process. Not completed it, but into the better half of the process now. It's yet to be seen whether we come out of it strongly (the royalty rate is new, I believe, added by the junta and applies mainly just to KCN - highly expensive).
