Maybe we can revisit this in 9 months time, but can I kindly ask your management pass mark for the 2025 financial year?
Off the top of my head I am looking for:
- Share price trading above $2.50 as at 30 June 2025 (which largely ties in with a lot of things such as grades, royalties etc)
- Resolution of NE that sufficiently benefits shareholders
If this is delivered, I will be voting YES next year
If FX or gold price plunges, that's bad luck. Businesses with exogenous risk exposures seldom grant pass marks to Directors simply because exchange rates were unfavourable etc.
