The
Eva copper-gold project video from September 2024 (see bottom of the page) has some key metrics, if you are interested. It was presented by Ronald Reid (Harmony's Australian geologist).
The
Eva copper-gold project Mineral Resource (that agrees into the above table from page 11 of Havilah's 2024 Annual Report) is actually made up of
7 deposits, with
Little Eva and
Blackard having the highest tonnages.
Both
Little Eva (0.34% copper; 0.07 g/t gold) and
Blackard (0.46% copper; no gold) have lower copper and gold grades than the singular
Kalkaroo deposit (0.49% copper; 0.36 g/t gold).
The Eva copper-gold project does have 2 deposits with higher copper grades at
Scanlan (0.54% copper) and
Bedford (0.53% copper) but very low tonnages for both.
Like Kalkaroo,
Little Eva drill results indicate the deposit remains open at depth (see second image below). The
Little Eva image shows the LOM open pit shell at a copper price of
US$3.84/lb and
US$5.50/lb.
The
Little Eva LOM open pit shell is roughly 400 metres deep, using a copper price of
U$5.50/lb, versus an approximate 250 metre depth for the
Kalkaroo resource.
