Correct. But I suggest that the key event for shareholders is Pre-Marketing Approval - until then we will haemorrhage money. The Annual Report does not disclose any estimates (so far as I can see) of either the likely end-point of the Pivotal Trial (once commenced) or the likely end-point for Pre-Marketing Approval.
