Either that, or there's been a severe set-back that hasn't revealed itself to the peanut gallery yet.
Clinical side seems good, so if bad news exists, it's on the bureaucratic side, ie: the US FDA.
But at last check, the FDA hadn't shuttered its doors and turned out the lights, so strategic selling does seem more plausible..
