You have no idea of the nature of the agreement, and therefore claiming that ATL can “do whatever they want” with their shares is blatantly incorrect - you do not know this to be the case.
Btw if you are absurdly relying on the notion that any party can do whatever they want regardless of any agreement or contract that may be in place, as there is typically nothing “physically” preventing them from doing so, then lmfao talk about scraping the barrel in desperation.
