    You might want to take a step back and see how nonsensical you're being on this issue. Try connecting the dots here @GCar. If those of us (myself included) who said ATL can "do whatever they want" are correct, and ATL is still holding their original position (which seems to be the case), then the logical conclusion is that they have confidence in what AGY is doing.

    By arguing that ATL might be legally restricted from selling—whether due to penalties or other reasons—you’re essentially acknowledging the possibility that ATL has no real interest in staying on board and is only holding because they have no choice (for now). That would mean ATL could start offloading their AGY shares in just seven short weeks (the "agreement" expires in late May).

    For someone who is so bullish on the company, you’d think you’d support the idea that ATL is holding because they want to, not because they have to (at least for the next seven weeks). Strange times…
