"contracts" to prevent large investors from selling shares in their various strategic $$$ investments. Sounds very similar to your list of supposed qualifications / career / experience and of "tinkering with the various supercars you own" -

You have also assumed that "agreed" equates to an "agreement" - no formal announcement to the ASX detailing said "agreement". In the absence of "evidence" the negative is assumed.
And AGY's jibber jabba words are absolutely meaningless - there is a "regulated" mechanism for ensuring shares aren't sold (escrow). Companies would then be working "around" the ASIC regulatory framework - yet another flaw in your very strange / twisted diatribe.
Also, you would be a fool to take anything AGY writes in an announcement seriously - like the plant rectification, near-term growth phase (then 3 business days later - plant goes into C&M). But hey, you be all you can be champ ..........
