Now, when it comes to ATL’s investment, the only “evidence” we have is a vague, thinly worded reference to an “agreement” that tells us nothing concrete. Was it verbal? A handshake? Written? Are there penalties? Nothing. And let’s not ignore the glaring absence of an escrow agreement; something that would be standard practice if ATL were actually restricted from selling. Given those facts, the most reasonable conclusion is that ATL can do whatever they want with their holdings.
And here’s where you really miss the point: Just because you personally don’t like that conclusion doesn’t mean it’s wrong, or that it's not a fact. It’s no different from a murderer’s family screaming that their loved one is innocent; it doesn’t change the reality of the situation.

If you want to argue otherwise, feel free to provide actual evidence proving ATL can’t sell, to disprove what I have said. Until then, you’re just whining into the void.
