On 5 July 2021, the Company issued 14,768,635 free
attaching listed options (NC6OA, $0.15, 5 July 2024) to
sophisticated investors who participated in a placement,
and 7,500,000 NC6OA Options to the lead manager to the
placement.

Other than the above, no matter or circumstance has
arisen since 30 June 2021 that has significantly affected,
or may significantly affect the Company’s operations, the
results of those operations, or the Company’s state of
affairs in future financial years.
