- the repayment terms for the $8m bridging finance
- have repayments been met
- what securities are, or have securities been put, in place to secure the loan
- what steps are being taken to collect the overdue royalty payments
- what securities are, or have securities been put, in place to secure the payment of the royalties
These guys have lent (more like given it appears) Timis mining an amount of money that is twice CFE's current market cap & cannot be bothered to inform SHers of the security of these loans & what actions are being taken to collect monies owing.
