Thanks for highlighting those 5 potential HFT trades... Not sure what you're trying to prove. Did they front run those trades? What is your issue with them?
As for the market maker incentives.. Only a few market makers are appointed, and a list of the approved codes where incentives are received for market making activities are provided to these market makers. If the company is not on the list then no incentives are paid, but these are mostly for ETPs, ETOs, derivatives etc.
