The LOM BOT is simply programed to buy shares without sending the SP up much while accumulating. The same BOT has been placing dummy sell orders every day to ensure the sell side is stacked higher than the buy side in an attempt to scare off any potential buyers/traders.
This is what's going on and shareholders have every right to discuss it on HC.m
