I'm really surprised you didn't pick-up on note 3 to the accounts.

Where "accounting, legal & other professional fees" rose from A$568,220 to A$1,064,388.

That's an increase of close to A$500,000 or nearly double what it was the previous year.

It's somewhat disappointing that Syntonic don't give us any explanation for that significant increase and thus no-one knows if it was made-up of one-off costs for setting up lots of these reseller agreement etc etc or something that's going to be there year after year.

I mean it's effectively A$250,000 per quarter out of our total A$1.75M per quarter running costs.

You forgot to point out that Vodacom are assuming the "hosting costs for the CSP" as well, thus our expense base should be lower while this licence is in place.

It would have been nice to get an indicative start date for the rollout of the mobile advertising service.
