There is no material information out there unless those parties are held accountable too confidentiality contracts. you really think they would just walk off the street to the banks and get some random to review their highly sensitive information. If any of these parties have made trades having this information and buys/shares information to others, they will be done for insider trading. All level playing field. When working in the corporate world, there is no tolerance for such behaviour
